We are interested in improving the overall health and well being of athletes. All fitness levels and abilities are catered for, and every age group is facilitated. This can be done within a group or one to one setting.
We coach athletes who are taking part and/or competing in short-middle and long distance events.
Services on Offer:
- Swimming group and individual sessions.
- Cycling small groups and 1:1
- Running Tuesday,Thursday & Friday evening. Mixed groups, varying abilities.
- Turbo training is done in a group setting on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings. (Season: Late autumn into spring) For individual sessions please contact us.
- Sea Swimming (from late April to late September). This can be done on a 1:1 basis or as part of a group. Please contact us for availability and further details.
- Strength and conditioning training; Group or 1:1 personal training provided.
- Training Plans Motivation and encouragement in one, two or all the Triathlon discipline
- Fitness Building Group or personal training provided
- Athlete Support This includes Motivational support, Review of nutritional intake, Post race/competition analysis, individualised Training plans, Injury Prevention and Recovery Support.
